Kyra Gabelman
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Kyra returned to her hometown in 2002 after studying Business Management at California State University, Sacramento. She joined the DeWitt Physical Therapy team in 2013 and serves as the Director of Operations.
Kyra brings a positive, solutions-focused energy to the clinic, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. Known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, she is a proactive advocate for patients and plays a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Outside of work, Kyra stays busy with her two kids and enjoys spending time at the baseball field or the beach. She also loves to travel with her family and volunteers on the board at her son’s school and travel baseball program.
Christiane Tran

Christiane loves calling the greater Santa Cruz area her home since 2006. She has a BA in Studio Art and a Masters in Metal Arts.
She has always found solace in nature, art and athletic activity. With that mindset, it is her pleasure to join the DeWitt Physical Therapy team. Her eye for detail and patient personality brings attentive care to every client who ventures in for physical revival.
As a student of martial arts, Christiane empathizes with clients in their desire to have smooth mobility of their body which is why she strives to make their experience in the office equally peaceful.
During her free time, Christiane adores playing outside with her two kiddos, exploring nature with her family, learning Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, competitive tournament Scrabble and finding hidden artful moments.
Maddy Johnson

Maddy received her Bachelor of Communication Studies from Cal. State University, Chico in 2021 while also playing Division 2 softball during her time there.
Maddy was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and in her free time enjoys working out, hiking with her puppy, going to coffee shops, and reading.
During her time at Chico State is where she learned the proper fundamentals of strength training, and quickly came to love it. This, combined with her love for athletics pointed her in the direction of personal training. Maddy is now a certified personal trainer and is training clients in her spare time.
CLaire Englade

A Santa Cruz native, Claire returned home after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Santa Barbara CC and UCLA.
Outside of the office, Claire is assisting with wedding coordination, fluffing dresses and all. You can also find her managing social media and leading events at a local winery nestled in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains.
She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, whether it's hiking the local trails, grabbing iced coffee, or exploring the coastline with her two pups.
As a Patient Coordinator she brings a keen organizational sense and a friendly, approachable attitude to ensure that every patient experience is the best it can be!
AUBREY BASS
Patient Coordinator
Aubrey was raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains on a small farm.
She spent her youth hiking, jogging and biking through the land as well as traveling to many parts of the world.
She received her Associate of the Arts Degree from South Lake Tahoe Community College and her Bachelor of the Arts Degree from San José State University.
Aubrey is joining the DeWitt team in 2023 after running her own business for 13 years while raising a family.
She is passionate about connecting with people and meeting them where they’re at in order to help them achieve their goals.
